This is a hands-on service. Your website will be maintained by real people. However, bots work 24/7. Consider this service to be like a loss prevention officer in a store. We do not accept responsibility for security attacks, but will take all efforts outlined in the contract to prevent and remove them.
Many WordPress security plugins offer paid versions. This service does not include paid services, but we will continue to manually monitor your site with or without paid plugins.
In order to maintain your website, we require admin access to your WordPress site, Google Analytics and Google Search Console. We will request this access at the initial consultation.
